Processing Time
All our items are handmade to order, which means it takes 1–3 business days to craft your item before it's ready to ship.
Shipping Time
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using a 48-hour tracked service.
Please allow 5–7 business days in total from the time of order for your package to arrive.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you on time, please note that postal delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods or due to external factors beyond our control.
